What should I do if my Pass is lost or stolen?
If you lose your device with your Pass on it, please get in touch with our customer service as soon as you can. They can help you load your Pass on to a new device. If you want to board a train in the meantime you’ll need to purchase a separate ticket for your journey. We unfortunately cannot offer any refunds for this.
If your Interrail Pass is lost or stolen it can't be replaced, meaning you can't get a new copy with the same Pass number. You will either have to buy a new Pass or replacement train tickets to continue travelling. If you bought Pass Protection at the time of ordering your Interrail Pass with Interrail.eu, these extra travel costs are covered up to the remaining value of your Interrail Pass.
If you bought Pass Protection and you lost your Interrail Pass while travelling, follow these simple steps.
If you haven't bought Pass Protection, you can order a new Interrail Pass and have it shipped to your hotel or hostel address in Europe. You could also buy one from an international train station in Europe, or purchase point-to-point tickets.
